A tasty new twist on an old favorite… As you can see,
there is no egg in this one, but its got plenty of zing! Thanks to
Ann M. for this one.
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 3 T. sour cream
- 1/4 t. ground pepper
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
- Romaine lettuce
- Croutons
- Red onion slices

Stir together garlic, lemon, Worcestershire, mustard, sour cream and
pepper. Whisk in oil. Stir in parmesan cheese. Add
dressing to lettuce, croutons and red onion. Toss well.
